Mexican Pizza with Ground Pork

Ingredients
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) canola oil
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) chili powder
  • 5 ml (1 tsp.) ground cumin
  • Ground salt and pepper
  • Approximately 1 package 450 g (1 lb) duBreton Ground Pork
  • 4 Plain CuisiChef thin pizza crusts
  • 1 jar CuisiChef Pizza Sauce
  • 1/2 pepper, sliced
  • A few red onion rings
  • 375 ml (1 1/2 cups) grated cheddar or Tex-Mex cheese
  • 1 diced avocado
  • 80 à 125 ml (1/3 to 1/2 cup)) fresh chopped coriander
  • Sour cream to taste
Preparation steps
  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and completely cook ground pork, breaking apart with a wooden spoon. Add the chili powder, cumin and generously season.
  2. Spread sauce on crust, garnish with cooked ground pork, cheese and top with vegetables.
  3. Bake in oven for 10 minutes.
  4. Serve pizzas garnished with diced avocados, coriander and sour cream.
