Cooking tips

  • Use cold ground pork and cold, wet hands to form the patties. Always press a small dimple in the centre of the burger patty to help it stay flat while cooking.

  • Cooking the burgers when they are cold will keep them as juicy as possible. Sear the patties over high heat to seal in the juices and finish cooking on medium to medium-low heat to ensure they are not overcooked on the outside and undercooked on the inside.

  • Never press down on the burgers while they’re cooking as this causes the delicious juices to escape.
