Ingredients
  • 4 large whole-wheat tortillas
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 2 packages of duBreton Plain Country-Style Pâté, cut into large strips
  • 250 mL (1 c.) of grated or julienned carrot
  • 250 mL (1 c.) of thinly sliced red cabbage
  • ½ cucumber, thinly sliced

 

Honey tandoori mayonnaise 

  • 60 mL (¼ c.) of mayonnaise
  • 5 mL (1 tsp.) of tandoori curry paste or powder
  • 5 mL (1 tsp.) of honey
  • Sal

 

Preparation steps
  1. In a small bowl, mix the honey tandoori mayonnaise ingredients.
  2. Set out the 4 tortillas on the counter. Brush with mayonnaise.
  3. Add the lettuce and then, forming a cigar shape in the middle, the country-style pâté, carrot, cabbage and cucumber.
  4. Roll up the tortillas, slice in half and serve with raw vegetables or soup.
