180 mL (¾ c.) of chili sauce
125 mL (½ c.) of barbecue sauce
45 mL (3 tbsp.) of hot pepper jelly
½ onion, diced finely

Preparation steps
In a saucepan, combine the chili sauce, barbecue sauce, jelly and onion. Bring to a boil.
Slice the sausage into thick rounds, add to the sauce and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
Serve as a main dish in mini-burger buns with pickels or an appetizer with toothpicks.
